Carl Asaba, believed to have been Walsall’s deadline day target has joined Leicester City on trial.

The 33-year-old frontman has been without a club since leaving Millwall at the end of last season. With him being unattached he is still free to join any club during the transfer window. He recently trained with Leeds United and his agent has contacted Championship and League One clubs about his availability.
