Walsall will find out their Capital One Cup First Round opponents tomorrow with the draw for the newly named League Cup competition taking place at 9.30 am.

The Saddlers will face our opponents in a season opener, with this year’s First Round kicking off the 2012-13 season.  The tie will be played during the week beginning 13th August, with the npower League programme commencing on Saturday 18th August.

The First Round draw is split regionally and all Championship clubs except for Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers will be in the First Round draw, along joining all teams from League 1 and League 2.

Bolton and Blackburn, will join 13 Premier League clubs at the second round stage before the seven Premier League clubs that have qualified for European competition – Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea, Newcastle and holders Liverpool join the proceedings in the third round.
