After weeks of speculation Manny Smith today completed his move to Notts County, signing a two-year deal.

On signing for The Magpies Manny his new club’s website:

“It’s a big club, very ambitious and I just can’t wait to get started,”

“I had a few options, but the gaffer here showed great interest in me, I sat down and spoke to him a few times and he was very keen on me and very keen on taking the club forwards.”

Smith, who will wear no.5 at County, will come up against The Saddlers on Saturday August 25th.
