Former Walsall loanee Robin Shroot spoken ahead of The Saddlers visit to Stevenage tonight.
Ahead of the game, Shroot explained to his clubs official website stevenagefc.com:
“I think we need to make sure we stamp our authority at home. Walsall are on a good run as well, they got a good result today (Saturday) but it’s just another game of football and if you want it more than the other team and are willing to put in the graft then why not?”
Stevenage have started the season well and go into the game occupying 3rd position in League One, unbeaten, but also looking for their first home victory of the campaign.
Shroot came off the bench to earn his side a point in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Crewe but the home side were left ruing an offside decision which ruled out a 3rd.
